Daily rental of the units is available in the low season for €70 per night.

A 20% deposit of required upon booking. The balance is payable no later than four weeks prior to arrival.

Deposit: A 20% non -refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.The full balance to be paid no later than four weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellations:  Cancellations made less than four weeks from arrival date will incur a 100% cancellation charge (This may be covered by your holiday insurance. We recommend the purchase of travel insurance for all parties).

Arrival/ departure times: Unless otherwise arranged, you must vacate the property on your last day no later than 11am. Check in time on day of arrival is 4pm.

Smoking Policy: We operate a no smoking policy within the premises for the comfort of all our guests.

Additional  Deposit:  A SEK 500.00 (€55.00) additional deposit is required at the time of balance of payment .This  covers for lost or unreturned keys, breakages to contents or damage to the premises. In the event of lost keys, breakages, damage or if the unit is left in an unacceptable condition, then we reserve the right to retain all or part of the deposit amount. The deposit (in full /or part) will be returned upon departure once we are satisfied that the premises has been left in good order, and the keys have been returned.

Linen/bath towels/cleaning/laundry: In general you are required to bring your own bed linen and towels, however these items can be rented.You will however need to provide your own beach towels. Before vacating the premises the unit must be cleaned to the same standard as upon arrival. If you do not wish to clean the unit, a nominal cleaning fee will be charged. A laundry service is available on site.

Cleaning: Guests are required to clean their unit thoroughly before departure. You may waive this requirement for a fee of SEK 400.00 (€45.00) payable on booking.

Important notice: The premises is situated in a quiet residential area, ideal for relaxing family and golfing holidays. We ask that you to respect our neighbours, with regard to noise levels.  

Flights and holiday insurance: Flights and holiday insurance will need to be booked separately.

Tenant's Obligations: You must look after the property with care. The property must not be used for any other purposes than for Leisure purposes. Only guests named at the time of the booking or by subsequent agreement with Strandvilla's agents may stay in or on the let property overnight.
