Registration fee 

Deposit 20% (non-refundable) must be paid no later than 7 days after booking. The rest of the rent is paid 6 weeks before the agreed arrival

Cancellation

If you cancel earlier than 4 weeks before the agreed arrival, only the registration fee is paid. If cancellation occurs 4 weeks or later before the agreed arrival  the entire amount is paid 100% (This should be protected by a travel insurance, we recommend that you cover one)

After 3 p.m

No later than 11:00 a.m. (Other arrival and departure times can be arranged)

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed indoors.

Additional Fees

A fee of SEK 500.00  must be paid with the rest of the rent. This covers any damage, broken items, lost     lost keys, etc. In such cases, we have the right to retain all or part of the fee. All or part of the paid refunded on departure.

 

Sheets and towels

As a rule, guests bring their own sheets and towels. It is possible to rent: SEK 100.00 per bed per week. However, beach towels cannot be rented. Washing machine is available on site

 

Cleaning

You must clean properly before departure. Final cleaning can be ordered when booking. Cost SEK 500.00

Responsibilities

You must take good care of the property. You may not use the cottage for anything other than what was agreed upon when booking (leisure purposes). You must not let more people stay overnight than you stated when booking. The property is located in a quiet location and you are expected to be considerate of our neighbors regarding noise.
