Deposit

 A 20% non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of booking. Full balance to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation 

Cancellation made less than 4 weeks from arrival date will incur a 100% cancellation charge. (This may be covered by your holiday insurance. We recommend the purchase of travel insurance for all parties)

After 15.00hrs (unless otherwise arranged)

Departure Time

Latest 11.00hrs (unless otherwise arranged)

Smoking Policy

We operate a non-smoking policy within the premises for the comfort of all our guests.

Additional Deposit 

Sek 500:- is required at the time of balance of payment. This covers lost or unreturned keys. Breakage to contents or damage to premises. We reserve the rights to retain all or part of the deposit amount. The deposit (in full or part) will be returned upon departure once we are satisfied that the  premises have been left in good order, and the keys have been returned.

 

Bed Linen & Towels

In general you are required to bring your own bed linen & towels. However it is possible to rent. Bed linen & towels: Sek 100.00:-per bed per week .Beach towels are not provided. Washing machine is available on site.

Cleaning

Guests are required to clean the unit thoroughly before departure. Cleaning on departure day can be booked: Sek 500:-

Important notice

The premises are situated in a quiet residential area, ideal for a relaxing family, golfing, walking etc holiday. We ask that you respect our neighbors, with regards to noise levels.

 

Tenant’s Obligations

You must look after the property with care. The property must only be used for leisure purposes. Only guests named at the time of booking or by subsequent agreement with Strandvilla’s agent may stay in the let property overnight.
